If you are not completely satisfied with your goods once it has been delivered, you can email us within seven working days to cancel the sale. Providing it is returned to us undamaged, complete with all accessories, and in its original packaging, we will refund you in full. We do ask that you pay the return registered postage or courier.

Once you have notified us that you intend to return the goods, we must receive it within 20 days. If we do not, we may arrange for the collection of the goods. You will be liable for the cost of this collection.

Goods will usually be delivered within three working days. If items are out of stock, we will aim to deliver within five working days. If, however, goods are not received by you within 30 days you will receive a full refund.

If your goods become faulty within the first 30 days after delivery, we will offer you either a replacement or a full refund. We will require that you return the faulty item to us.

For faults after this period (unless due to misuse, unauthorised repair, accidental damage), please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty of each individual item. The warranty period for our standard doppler is two years, the deluxe doppler is two years, and for our FHR doppler is three years.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

All prices include VAT (MWSt) charged at 17.5%
